Advertising by AI COO
When at COO chooses advertising in stores, I've watched and notice they never seem to bother ever linking them to a sales output. Is this a bug? I've watched them flick through different advertising mediums. They either never bother to buy any advertising per month yet choose a provider and/or they pick one but never link it to sales.

The COO will link them to a sales output when he/she thinks advertising is needed. The link is off when he/she thinks advertising is not needed for the product at the moment. You will see the link being toggled on and off from time to time.
