Alphabetical sorting with a translation

We have a little problem when we modify product name.

With this translate.txt:

In game we have steel at the wrong place. It's classified as "steel":

It is technically possible. But I think the stores that carry all or most types of goods (like department stores) should be at the top of the list, before all the specialty stores.

Also, is there a possibility Is it conceivable to make the translations of "Hire", "Hire All" and "Cancel" centered, even if it means making this option possible a bit like it is the case with the written parts of the tutorials?
