It actually works this way by design, for gameplay balance.The interest rate on a bank loan does not depend on the term of the deposit
This issue has been fixed in the latest patch v6.8.04.A white square appears

The same interest rate for 1 year or 5 years it is not realistic. But spec rules - I understand
