At the moment, there is no tutorial to explain the ins and outs of the DLC.

I think it would be ideal to have a tutorial to explain in depth how to properly use the subtleties brought by the DLC

   • How can we buy a company
   • Explain if we can buy another company

2. City Economic Simulation
   
   • How can we have a mayor ?
   • How win an election ?
   • What can we do when we have a mayor ?
   • Can I buy or sell a company in the name of a city ?
3. Digital Age
   
   • What can I create with the DLC
   • How can I do a software ?
   • How can I do a website ?
4. Banking & Finance
   
   • How to create a bank?
   • What if the bank fails?
   • Is the bank a subsidiary or not?
   Of course, there are surely other elements that it would be good to mention ^^
