Hi Kenny, I loaded the save game but didn't encounter the error. Could you please provide the step-by-step instructions for triggering the error after loading the game?

Hi Kenny,
By looking at the tech levels of the save game which are uniformly 255 as shown in the below screenshots, I suspect that the player has used a cheat tool to modify the tech levels extensively. The changes disrupted the simulation engine, thus causing the error. As a general rule, cheat tools may cause the game to behave strangely resulting in errors. Users are advised to refrain from using them.
If this is not the case and the player actually did the researches to attain 255 levels, please ask him to send me an earlier save game with active R&D centers responsible for those researches and we will further investigate it.
