Why my product does not sale?

I set the pricing policy to maximum market share,increase ad pending, increase the product quality , yet my product does not sale at all.
I want to upload the same file, but I do not know where to find it.

Hi, so here are a few guesses I will take (see if it resonates) otherwise I can try your save. I also assume you are Lien?

1. The entire market is almost eaten up, you have very little space here to manoeuvre other than the whitespace available.
2. The pink people have the same overall as you, I stand to be corrected, but price plays a big influence here, so I assume it might affect your customer base.
3. You don't have any brand loyalty either so that will boost a bit
4. There are too many stores already, but where is yours located (traffic index wise)?
5. Are you in a recession? Computer necessity index is 20%
6. How long have you been trying this?

I would recommend, drop your prices to $350 and you will see that you will eat the market alive.

Not 100% sure tbh because your overall is good but still seems weird. Maybe a bug? Don't know, but try to sell at cost price and see also, you have a lot of cash anyways to survive (or don't save to experiment)

OK, I manually low the price then, it start to have some sale.
I did more some tests ; It only happen if the quality of a good is too high (over 100).

This must be a bug, or an overflow value.

How do I report this?

I loaded your save game and noticed that your desktop computers actually had sales.

This isn't a bug as far as I can tell, your pricing strategy is wrong. You are the "new entrant" to the market so you need to undercut the competition on price - once you have established your brand and have loyalty then you can ratchet up the cost to your hearts content as you have quality. The overall value that you see (where you have 126 and your competition have 126 to 131) is the relevant metric here. Their lower price is keeping them competitive and all they need to do is maintain as they have the inside track on sales (ie they will try to match you on overall quality as you go down).....just keep squeezing them down until they pull out or rejig their setup, you have them beat on quality and advertising so now you just need to beat them in distribution and customer loyalty. For now your battle to get market share needs to be a loss leader if needed.

I would recommend opening 4 to 5 computer stores and going at them hard on price, but make sure that all your other outlets are out of the game, if you're selling in general stores that's inefficient.

I have a question now, when I'm selling Desktop. I always start with 1 or 2 stores per city. Over time, is it good for me to increase the number of stores? I see AI with 3-4 stores in town selling the same product.

This has to do with the supply and demand of the product in the store, correct?

The green company (Radical Fluer) desktop is still sale well even though they over all value is 96, mine is 126.
That price is automatic price given by COO when set to archive maximum market share instead of profit , before the quality reach 100, my goods is sale reasonably well, once is getting over 100 this starts to happen

When I manually low the price, the other company is also low the price the match the overall value , but my desktop sale like normal. I let it run for a few year, let COO take over, the AI instantly increase the price to match the quality (over 100), then sale drop to nothing again.

I run a though out test again.
Here is how you make this happen.
1. Choose product that is dominated by other company
2. Heavily invest in R&D, (both semi-product and the good itself)
2. Make sure the once the product is make , it is made with HIGHER QUALITY than any other company , if the initial is 100, this will happen, this Important( If the initial quality is lower than other company, the COO AI will set the price correctly then product will be slowly take over by my company )
3. Let COO take over, the AI will automatically set the price so high no sale is make event if the overall value is higher
