software product bug

This bug has happened in folowing conditions:
Soft Product = Illustration Software
I build a Software Company with the product and set it up but it shows own tech 417 but for real it is more than 4000 and it is making project 6 months and own tech is set to 4000 than it begins new project with 417 again and again....
In the software company it is shown 2 versions of this product with 417 and with 4000.

Maybe it is related with previous bug with brand rating on this game - i upgraded previous save from 1.8.05 to 1.8.07. the same save.

And also in this save i have bug with all software products , after upgrading to 1.8.07 they don;t sells very well, demand has got down - for example Music Software - Cubase v28 is not selling at all, even with overall rating 156....

3)
And a question (maybe not bug) - the Desktop Computer product - brand rating is not rising from 54 and its brand loyalty is always 0, it is normal or is a bug?

1) I closed down the software company having the problem and set up a new software company to make Illustration software and the problem is gone. It seems to be a very rare bug. Please try this solution to get rid of the problem.

2) As shown in the attached screenshot, it has been over 9 years since the last version was released. To increase the sales, please release a new version of the music software.

3) I increased the advertising budget and the brand rating increased from 53 to 56 in less than a month. The attached screenshot shows the result.
