Does Capitalism lab allow to build space company like SpaceX?

I am considering buying this game, although the price is a bit deterrent
I am a huge fan of Capitalism 2 and Mr. Trevor Chan, since I bought the original game almost as soon as it was released in 2002, I spent hundreds of hours on it, recently bought a steam version of the game and at home I have the original box somewhere?

I wonder what makes Capitalism Lab different from Capitalism 2
