Hi,
My question is regarding training in my factories, or retail shops etc.
When I setup a new business (let's say for example a factory) I slide the training bar all the way to the top and I leave it there until the individual units reach level 9 but then what?
Am I simply wasting money by leaving the training slider bar sitting at the top after the individual units have reached 9 or does it continue to keep the units trained and they would otherwise degrade back to level 1 if I remove training from the individual factory?
Is there a way to know how much I'm spending on training based on the training bar placement? For example how much I would be spending on training if the training bar is set to only 1/4 or if it's set to full?
Thanks
Training

Re: Training
Hi City Builder
This is a change from the original Cap2. A few versions back, it was changed so that lvl 9 workers are no longer trained (Both with the slider and with the HQ)
I am not sure exactly how much the training is for a full bar, as I hae a feeling that it changes depending on the firm type.
To find out (I havent done it), you can go to the firms profit breakdown breakdown (The $ sign in the bottom middle section when you open the firm window)
