Pretty obviosly strategy tip:
One of the main service features it is customers traffic boost. So when our company have decent amount of money we can build "Shopping alley"
Service firm boost customers traffic ~ 3 squares around it. So build shops between service firms and customers raffic can be around ~200
Buy giant plot of land. build pizza/coffe/cake etc. move shops here.
Sadly RW service firms works awfull for now - hope Primario fix it when new version we see.
