How do I stop companies I own from issuing new shares?
I will buy their stock so I have 51% control, and then 3 days later they issue new stock and now I have 40% control. Its very frustrating, how do I stop this?

It's true that, in itself, it's an unrealistic mechanism.theduckmage wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 8:31 pm I will buy their stock so I have 51% control, and then 3 days later they issue new stock and now I have 40% control. Its very frustrating, how do I stop this?
In reality, if you own more than 50% of the votes, you would have to give your authorization when the person in charge proposes it.
Perhaps an option to add?

Or they can add an auto buy of public shares function. When a company issues new shares or someone sells their shares, you buy it automatically. Thus you don't need to monitor financial news all the time.

When you buy from a competitor, you need 75% of it for them to stop issuing shares
