I have noticed the following errors:

No aluminum is needed for canned olives, but there is enough, why is that?

Neither the COO with authorization nor the CMO advertise for service companies. I waited several months but nothing happened even though the COO was set as the supervisor and a CMO with 100% advertising is employed.

Canned Olives are not a vanilla product are they ?
So you would need to ask mod maker

Canned olives are a vanilla game item. David the community manager confirmed it will change with the next 10.1 version so they will need aluminium aswell to be produced.

We will investigate the problem.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from the C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

You need all DLC's and have to unlock the service companies to get the new products.

The issue has been fixed in the latest patch v10.0.28 which you can download from viewtopic.php?p=41537#p41537
