How I figure out reason for 0 sales?

So, if my product has good quality, good price, good brand, zero competitors, and is on a store in a wildly popular street, and other products on same store sell a lot... Why this particular product has zero sales? How I figure that out?


Also: how I figure out what factories need to be bigger? And how I figure out why products with no competitors don't reach 100% market share? And how I figure out how many sales a product can sell on a city?

Can you provide a savegame of that? I think you should have at least some sales assuming that your rating is not very low.

If it helps, the product in question is an operating system, and my operating system is the first one. (I started the game in 1945 so AI that could create OS went bankrupt before computers were invented)

the hardware, the OS was developed for, is already on the market?

if there is no hardware that can use the OS, i doubt anyone will buy the OS
