You got to install caplab with lutris and then configure the game settings in lutris and at executable select where lutris installed caplab

Here's a better way i just thought of,
1:download the caplab installer
2:go to lutris and click add game and click install game from executable
3: complete the install
4:go to caplab in lutris and click configure and game options see the wine prefix option that's where lutris installed caplab if blank it installed to .wine in the home folder go into the .wine folder go into drive_c folder then go to user folder it should show your username click that go into appdata then local then capitalism lab that is where the start exe is
4:go back to configure game in lutris and then game options at executable option put capstart.exe in it
