Mod Scenario - If you load it twice you get an error

I just downloaded this mod:
viewtopic.php?p=43804

And I noticed that if I do the following I get an error:

- Load the mod scenario The Coffee Shop
- Quit to main menu
- Load the same scenario again.

You get this error:

Reason why the error happens is that the mod is being unloaded for some reason on the second attempt.

Confirmed same issue here.....never tested that bit!!

Please test v11.0.24 and check if it fixes this.

I just tested it and the problem is not fixed (same mod).

The new patch v11.0.25 fixes this bug and has been tested with the Coffee mod scenario.
