Labour Cost Drivers

We have pricing of the product and the freight, but I feel there is something lacking without being able to price the labour per unit of product.

Also, would it be difficult to implement a feature that allowed players to view their production capacity in units per month without constraints on raw materials as I found the utilisation bar rather difficult to gauge what I need to expand.
