Compensation Packages for Execs even for Private Companies
Would be nice if we could offer incentive plans, stock options etc to our executives in our main company and subsidiaries. Stock options/grants should be an option for private companies as well.

i dont mind as long as we can turn that stock options off or play without it, my stock is never for sale.

they already get paid more than I do, im not giving them stock options lol

yeah i had many years ago games where the CEO/CTO whatever asked for stock package, once they got it ... they suddenly started to gain as much shares of the company as possible and NO... they didnt wanted to sell the stock to you. they ll try to take that company if you let enough shares on the market. since that time i run a 100% ownership policy
cant remember exactly if it was back in capiplus or in capilab, and if they got in the salary raise negotiation a lump sum or shares, but anyway they somehow started to collect my Holdings shares after they received a fair package in the negotiations
