I have the best "video sharing" internet company with max features, marketing, etc. I have linked all my shops to it for advertisement and max the budgets. I achieved 100 brand awareness for my drugs.
At some later point in the game (let's say 10 years), I've noticed my brand awareness was at 60 and falling. My internet company is still the best, the reach is still the same (~70%). If I switch the media to my TV station that is at 50% rating the brand starts going up. If I switch back to the "video sharing" it starts dropping.
What causes this? Is it possible the media companies have a limited capacity and when I link 100 shops to one company there are just not enough brand points to go around?
Brand loyalty is not the issue, it is slowly rising. I am watching strictly the brand awareness.

Think about it in practice, in the real world, have you ever thought about what would happen if every time you accessed a website there were the same ads? Always the same, ALWAYS THE SAME, people get tired... so it's good to vary

Based on that I can imagine that I've given my media so much advertising, that it just cannot show all my products or at least as frequently as before, therefore some products lose brand awareness.
It would be nice if there was more information in-game to manage the efficiency of my advertisement. Something like supply and demand bars in the media info window
The pie-chart doesn't seem to do that job, as it is not full at the moment. When I own a media that I use for my own firms, I set the advertisement cost high to avoid competitors filling it. So the pie chart is not full and I thought there's plenty of air time for my products.
