Do you want Digital Age additions to be unavailable until a certain year?

Yes, cell phone technology is date restricted and so should the Digital Age technologies.

This post is inspired by this topic: viewtopic.php?p=26441#p26441. Initially, I agreed with the idea even though I use a script that starts the game in 1900. Now, I feel all date restrictions should be lifted regardless of the year. So, if you do the required research to invent the cellphone by 1905, so be it. Ditto, if you choose to start the game in 1950 or your personal birth year.
