Re: Classic Content MOD
In the Tutorial and Scenarios, only the music works. Logos revert to the updated versions.

Re: Classic Content MOD
Too bad it is a mod instead of an in-game option. I think I will create a poll in a suggestion forum to see there is support for in-game option to use classic Capitalism Lab logos.

Re: Classic Content MOD
yeah instead of a mod which most of us already play with one it would be nice to have this as a in-game option we can toggle on or off.

Re: Classic Content MOD
I've asked the dev team about this and I got the following info for you:
Technically it is difficult to implement because all the logos are included in the MOD. In fact, the standard game content is also packed in a mod format in the RESPACK\CAPMOD.RES. In other words, even if the player is not using any mod, the game still read the standard game content from a mod-formatted file. Since the logos are contained in a mod file, it is not possible to have two sets of logos in a single mod file.
A workaround is to build a specific version of the standard game content file RESPACK\CAPMOD.RES using the classic logos. This actually can be done very easily for anyone who has some experience in modding, as they only have to copy the classic logos to the MOD_KIT folder's logo image subfolder.
You can download the classic logo images from https://caplab.b-cdn.net/mod/classic_logo_images.zip

Using this method, the classic logos will always be used without having to select any mods.

Re: Classic Content MOD
It seems the new classic content MOD accidentally disables service firms.
I have a script file that includes "Service Firms=Yes" that works fine without the MOD but when I am running the classic MOD there are no service firms available. Everything else seems to be functioning normally.
Thanks!
