If the current version of the city's industrial competitiveness reaches 100, it can provide more than ten times the scientific research ability bonus. I feel that it seems a little too high. I feel that the city's industrial competitiveness reaches 100, and it is already very good to provide twice the scientific research bonus.

The latest version 11.0.62 improved the gameplay balance of City Competitive Ratings in the City Economic Simulations. Now the difference in R&D efficiency between a rating of 0 and a rating of 100 has been decreased from 3.4 times to 3 times. (It was never as high as 10 times that you mentioned in your post, the maximum difference in the previous versions was only 3.4 times)
