How to change initial amount of owned shares of my company?

Without Banking and Finance DLC at start I'm owner of 50% of shares of my company.
If I enable Banking and Finance DLC I own at start only 20% of shares.
How can I change that? I want to own 50% of shares at start with B&F DLC enabled.

Not sure to be honest. I wasn't even aware that Banking and Finance DLC changed the initial share ownership level of the player (then I tested it and sure enough it does change it).

I suppose you could either start as a private company (which halves your starting capital) and then IPO yourself to get some capital. Or perhaps you could start with more personal money and just buy up more shares:

Did you turn off realistic money supply ? that will reduce how much you own
