Hello, I recently installed the updated version of CL. My password did not work so I got a new password and that doesn't work either.
This happened last time I updated CL . We (support) tried to get a new password to work numerous times and it didn't work. Ended up ya'll worked some magic at your end and I used a password you supplied and it worked. I guess we need to do the same thing again. Why does this always happen? What can be done to remedy the situation?
