Investment Expansion for Human Player

Post by CallMeIcely »

Wanted to share a question from one of my board members, that further highlights how important providing the human player with more operations for value creation and cash deployment is of critical importance and the lack of such expansion thus far in this DLC in addition to the lack of comprehensive export options of game data for analysis.

This has been brought up many times in various forms with various suggestions. What has been explored and/or decided to fix this particular constraint in the game for human players?

I am not really sure what you are asking for here. Do you mean that the number of employees should increase if your Insurance Company has a lot of assets? Or perhaps the adding of a special investment unit in order to exceed a certain asset threshold?

We, the players, have asked for CFO and Tender Offer ability and a number of other features to help us effectively deploy cash and make a return on our idle cash. Probably asked for more and yet these features seem to never get implemented because of inadequate attention to to how to implement it and lack of discussion from the developers of this game. Its frustrating. Yes there's a balance that will need to be taken but that balance could be found and to have a Banking and Finance DLC that lacks from of these basic mechanics is inadequate.
