Game Crashing on Startup

I can't paly this game these days.
1.Some syntax error when asking ' https://www.capitalism lab.com/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/... '.
2.I play v10. before, but about 2 second after entering the main menu, the game crashes to the desktop immediately.
3. I tried v11. the error is it can't create "D/文档/My Games/Cap Lib/PRODUCT/XX.txt
tip: my document is under D:\\, that's right.
