Hello company owners!
Experiencing sudden bankruptcies of every bank in the game when playing with settings tight bond credit (DLC-setting) and realistic credit availability. This is because they expand to fast and are not able to raise the cash required for bank-capital ratio (due to realistic credit availability), at the same time the AI does not know how to grow the bank slowly. This leads to unfortunate events where one can borrow from the banks knowing they every bank will be knocked out within a couple of years of operation (=free cash). It also makes it impossible to run its own bank as the other banks borrow up from you before they declare bankruptcy. Kind of spoils the game at the end.
Does anyone have a work around, or could the development team kindly have a look into this?

We will investigate the problem.
Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?

2) The exact steps for triggering the bug in the save game
3) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.
You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from the C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

Re: Bank bankruptcy bug
Thank you very much David!
1: Version 11.0.93.
2: The bug seems to me to be related to the option of realistic capital option turned on (as it limit the amount of capital available in the early game as the economies are not yet developed). It happens in the early game, largest banking companies are profitable and have healthy developments in stock price, they scale up and then go bankrupt because they are not able to raise funds/loan enough money to satisfy the loan to capital ratio. Some AI's will attempt to close some offices and sell the land to raise funds, however at some point they just choose bankruptcy. I havent experiences this issue in the end game (bank go under, but this is because of economic downturn - which is healthy).
3. This happens with both Real World Mode and the vanilla game. With the MOD the majority of banks go under, in vanilla game this seems to happen to the largest banks (which makes sense since I believe it is connected to the up-scaling of a bank). I have attached a saved game where this has happened.
Happy to provide more information if needed.
