I'm a bit confused about the Management-Bonus in Service firms:
The Bonus from COO (or CEO) in Retail-Stores comes from Retailing-Expertise, in Factorys from Manufacturing-Expertise.
Which Expertise gives a Bonus for Service firms?
And to which units exactly?
Or is there no Management-Bonus?
*it's about fast food, pizza etc - not logistics/insurance/bank
