Mod - Building Adjustments

I wanted to suggest some changes that I think would add to the game experience from a modding perspective.


I've added several new buildings to the game and it would be great if we could adjust for all buildings to be able to be built away from the road. Right now it seems only R&D buildings can be built away from direct connection to the road.
