The gameplay in Logistics is really bad. Excessive clicking and hard to understand what happens. You need to reduce the clicking, greatly!
Get rid of all AUTO buttons. Have one AUTO for in city and another one for between cities.
Go beyond training, Logistics need to have access to tools.
If you want to connect 2 cities, make sure you build logistics office in both cities. Like insurance/bank mode.
Warehouses can improve logistics profit, and work as a logistic hub or office.
KPIs:
OTIF (On-Time In-Full) - every city should have an acceptable OTIF (smaller and poor cities can accept 80%, rich cities 98%)
Lead Time - Higher means less profit.
Usage % - Higher means more profit
Hiring good drivers, pilots or people is a critical point. You need to have a Talent system for the managers, and probably only 1 per office is enough.
The better the manager, the better the forecast on supply/demand (smaller margin of error) and better auto works.
Fluctuations in fuel price are critical, you will have to add it somehow.

Re: Logistics - Company management
FYI, you could use the [All] button to enable auto-setting for all routes, and the [None] button to disable it on all routes, so that you don't have to click on the [Auto] button for each route.
