Block deal between parent company and subsidiary

I wish there were a system where, if a subsidiary wants to purchase shares of a company held by its parent company, the subsidiary would receive the parent company's shares via a block deal. I want to acquire a company as a subsidiary, but I am experiencing some inconvenience.
