error accessing the User Documents folder for save games

When playing with the version 12.0.65, sometimes the game doesn't start , it makes this error message AFTER the login :

the weird characters are probably meant for Couldn't get folder : "Access Denied"
I don't understand when what or how, it seem random, sometimes it doesnt work 10 times in a row, and the 11th it's fine, it's frustrating because i have no idea what can cause this.
At first i thought it was my password, so i tried to reset it, but it didn't change.
Sometimes launching as admin look like it helps, but sometimes not.
Sometimes checking remember password look like it helps, be sometimes not.

Does anyone else have that ?
Any idea what can cause this ?
What can i do to test ?

The issue occurred because the game is unable to access the game folder using the default file path provided by the Windows system.

Thank you for the quick answer, I had not noticed there was already a page to adress this problem , I followed the instructions and I can now launch the game successfully everytime !

Still , when exiting the game an error message show up :

I can ignore it just fine for now.

I wanted to report because I am using the industrial genesis mod , and the experimental DLC with the farm equipments, maybe i messed up the installation, maybe it is something from the new settings ? I will be playing the game now

The error seem to only occur when the experimental DLC AND the Industrial Genesis mod are active together, in such case, it also prevent launching new game, the error appear not when exiting but when clicking "start" (after choosing all settings) and the game quit.
