utilization of tablet compuer's production becomes only 50% after some upgrade

Dear Caplab Support,

After my caplab upgraded to some version after 12.0.70, my factory of tablet compuer always only has about 50% of utilization. I just found this problem and some days ago I posted another topic: https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewt ... 3fd76c2426

I just found this issue is actually caused by some upgraded version after 12.0.70, because I loaded some old saved game and the utilization of factory 's production unit immediately drops to about 50% although its original utilization is about 97% when loaded. These factory all have very adequate input materials, high demand and their sales are not overloaded.

I have checked several old save games and these factory's utilization immediately drops to about 50% after loaded. Not just tablet computer, the smart phone factory's utilization also drops to about 50% although its original utilization is about 98% when loaded. These strange things seem only to happen in high-tech products that need to be invented.

Here I upload the original save file and the save file when the factory's utilization already drops to about 50% . Please check the attachments.
If this is not a bug can you please tell what new rule leads to such drop of factory's utilization?
