Show monthly mall rent before signing a lease

When setting up a store inside a shopping mall, the game shows the setup cost and required space, but not the actual monthly rent.

The mall screen only shows rent as a percentage of market rate (for example 100%), and the real rent amount is only revealed after signing the lease.

Is there any way that the store setup window show the estimated or actual monthly rent before confirming the lease, or is there a place already that this information is being shown that i'm not aware of?

This is especially important in the Cash-Strapped Startup mode where knowing the rent can actually be a important informationfor the player, considering the starting capital. It would also be more realistic, since a tenant would obviously know the rent before agreeing to a lease .
