Enlargment of factories

Hello,

just one proposal i like to have the opinion of other players.

I'm used to strat with smaller factories due to cost and need in the beginning of the game.
Later on i could produce the same good in a bigger factory due to higher demand.
BUt just building a bigger factory causes the problem that the links of other companies often don't transfer to the new factory.
So i loose my customers when creating a new factory and destroying the old one.

So i wish a function, of course is land is available, to change a small to a medium sized factory or a medium sized to a big one.

I liked this idea, even if the land isnt avaible we can move the factories already so it wont be a problem.

The ability to upgrade or downgrade not only factories, but also farms and warehouses.
