Yes, but is easy to come up with hundreds of businesses that could be added.
Why add the coffee (service) shop rather than add a new coffee good and then a coffee shop or juicebar to retail those beverages?
Both ways would be fine, but products are currently well-implemented and the few services are currently vague.
