IS this going to be fixed?

Post by SpikerzZ »

I just thought of something.

In the base game if you play for a long time the computer creates buildings then tears them down, then the land is grey forever, I am wondering if the city will rebuild its self or if it will still be grey?

Yes good idea. Like Transport Tycoon the city will grow larger and/or replaces destroyed areas with parks, grass or houses.

A good idea : As time goes on, the city shifts it's economic center to other areas.
As the city builds new buildings, new areas will become more expensive. And previous ones will lose some of it's value.

As the city builds new buildings it demolishes older buildings. It should be a relation between population and city buildings.

In the new version, residential houses will be built on empty land in the urban or suburban area. You will see new residential houses appearing over time.
