Advertising Budget
Give the CMO an option for a maximum advertising budget so they can't spend more than a certain amount on any given product. Just one slider in the HQ.

I think that's how her office in the HQ should work not sure if it does. I wish my CMO could be set to rotate between my media firms in the city. The AI tends to switch media firms constantly and max budget and then 0 budget to build their brand, it doesn't seem the player CMO is capable of doing those things.
