Set default units when building

It might just be me, but when I'm trying to build tons of R&D centers (after hiring the CTO so I don't have to choose the R&D myself), I get rather annoyed at the fact that I have to after building it, go in and set up the units that I want. We have the plan library which is awesome, could we also maybe even inside the plan library, have the option to choose the default build plan, so that when we do build a store, or factory, or whatever really, it'll automatically choose what we set as the default?
