Ways to spend personal cash and a new random event?

I think there is not enough ways to spend personal cash in the game. In fact there are only two, if I am not wrong - making mansions and buying shares. How about introducing personal expenses? Like, adding a slider to the mansion interface which would allow us to drain personal cash (optional, could be set to zero, in case people want to save money, just like CEO salary in HQ). Mansions should also cost some upkeep, right? Perhaps there could even be an option to purchase yachts, or something luxurious like that (though I am fully aware this should absolutely not be a development priority, just an idea for the future). There should also be capital gains tax and income tax for personal income (if tax system ever get introduced to the game).

One other suggestion. There could be a couple of more random events. I believe that a company which produces cars and motorcycles (and the other products as well, these are just the most obvious for me) - should face a risk of lawsuits for a faulty product. There could be two options - either settle for paying some smaller sum (like a million or two) or take the risk of the court process. There should be a certain % of chance of extremely increasing the loss (to to 10-20 millions) as well as a chance of winning the case. Similar can be applied for extractive industries and environmental lawsuits.

In terms of being able to spend personal cash, I would love to be able to have my person buy up the entire block where I place my mansion. It's annoying that my company has to buy the land around my mansion.
