Hire Staff

A key aspect of any business is selecting the correct personal and sometimes this means hiring away staff from other companies.

It would be an interesting addition to the game if the player or AI was able to offer a job to a person who already has one. Many times in my own game play I find the perfect person to be my COO, but their already the CEO, COO, etc of an AI company. It would be nice to offer them a position with the deciding factor being 1) their relationship with the CEO, 2) salary, and 3) their expertise.

I also think the ability to award employee with stock options should be an option. Corporate officers compensation is usually a majority of options and warrants with cash making up a small portion. This could then factor in to hiring staff away from other companies.

Usually if I see some other companies' CEO as good candidates, I usually just merge their companies and free them up that way.

If we do able to "hijack" other CEOs, who would be taking their position as new CEOs?

I do love the idea of stock options. But it might be quite dangerous. It could open some doors for stock market manipulations. And their salary requirement will reach some unrealistic level, when you are running trillions of profit. There should be some limit to that.

I like this idea a lot. Perhaps we could also have a reverse hire? Something like here's what we want, and have them come to us, or, the ability to hire a head hunter?
