Have been running latest version 2.4.something and Corporate leadership challenge game.
It has 3 subgoals and ultimate goal.
1. When I reached subgoal, I did not have CMO. So I clicked ok every time popping up, letting me to choose this bonus later. Which is fine, if slightly annoying.
2. I hired CMO and clicked on rewards. Following things happened:
CMO, no changes in skill level.
CTO, no changes in skill level.
COO, increase by +20 in skill level, but not the one shown on screen. Instead of better manufacturing, increase went to Farming skill.
Subgoals don't add expertise to COO/CTO/CMO
