Expertise in farming
What does expertise in farming do. If I go into a farming based strategy what will the benefits of a farming expertise COO do for me?

Re: Expertise in farming
I just now rolled a new game and got lucky and got 20 expertise in farming and 70 in food. The level of my farm starts out at 2. I think I will start with animal products and then use r&d and branch out to food products
