Click button - or + quicker can (example Trainning)
Is it possible to make it quicker when we click - or + button on (example Trainning Staff) to the MAX? it takes me ages to make it to the max... Or is it possible to have a small box for us to type a value on it?

Did you try the right mouse button ? it increases values by 1K (in training) or 10%-15% is prices and such
