Bankrupcy at out of funds.

Hi ... i just had a problem with "out-of funds" on a company wich had huge profit and 2 bilions in Lands but had no cash and couldnt borrow from the bank. I didnt wanted to issue new shares either. So please add a button "Sell Land Plots" in the out of funds window. Also i conseder "close down firms" is useless because you dont get money, cose you actualy destroy them wich translates in less spendings but not +money.i would be better if you had +sell firms.

close down firms means selling the land aswell, so it does give you money

Nevertheless the option to sell land in case of a bankrupty is a good one. It is already added in a poll here:
