Random Crashes on 11.0.29

Post by AiDieck »

When I start the game, the game randomly crashes. Even if I stay on the set custom game menu for too many minutes, the game also randomly crashes, having purchased all the DLC.

Is this the only error message it displayed?
Mem::del - Memory Overwritten, File
name:E:\CLsrc\ELIB\PngDisp.cpp, line no.:1022

Did it display any other error messages?

Did it display error messages every time? Or sometimes it just crashed without any error messages?

Yes, sometimes it always crashes without warning and doesn't display any error messages

Seriously, the game crashes as soon as I start it, making it impossible to play at all.

I just downloaded the latest installer and tested it and it ran smoothly without any issues.

For frequent crashes like this, there is a highly likelihood that some PNG files in the game folder are corrupted, thus causing the crashes. I suggest that you download the installer again and reinstall the game and see if the problem can be resolved.

If the problem persists, please try the installer of the earlier version 11.0.26: https://caplab.b-cdn.net/CapLab_Post_Re ... v11026.exe
