Manufacturer's guide should include ratings

I just had a look at the Manufacturer's guide and I noticed that it doe not explain what level of quality/brand/price goes into the rating of a product.

I think this info should be added to the Manufacturer's Guide as the Product Details menu is not intuitive from a new player's perspective.

For example it tells me the following info about the Blazer:
- What raw materials I need.
- How much goes into tech or materials for the quality.
- The necessity index.

But if I want to know what percentage Brand/Quality/Price is for the Blazer I have to open up Product Details and search for it:
