Real Estate Suggestion - Building on Shopping Malls

I think it would be fun if your company could build specific buildings and then rent them out. It would work similar to the shopping mall, but instead you would build the individual firms and then lease the entire building out to a single tenant.

It would add dimension to the early game if you start off with low capital but then have competitors with high capital that might invest in a real estate model.
