YOY KPIs. These KPIs will not only help you track how your business is doing but also maybe have a reward system with buffs or more talents. Revenue, profit, customer retention, stock price. Basically all the goals that we have now but maybe have a pause feature at the beginning or end of the year showing the graphs and set targets. The higher the target, the more talent points it makes. Or maybe it has some other type of bonus.

Hi! Here are some ideas gathered by me and other users in the reddit community and discord groupd that I decided to compile and check if you'd like to see them implemented.

Bumping the enhanced marketing aspect. I've been thinking of my own variation/suggestion of how it could work. So far, marketing has a single-layer, activate-forever-and-ignore game loop. I think there are ways to improve it that's a bit more mindful and with mechanical pay-offs, paired with trade-offs (namely capital and time). I'll post my suggestions in a different post. But I have voted here.
