Release 2.0 - Player built apartments graphic issue?

I just picked up Release 2.0 and in my quest to become a slumlord millionaire, I noticed that player built apartment buildings appear to be invisible when purchased (have only viewed the game in windowed/default mode).

Is this by design or a bug?

Note that I purchased the land lots prior to building the apartments on my purchased land.

You did mention a couple words that imply you did, but anyway, did you verify the setting of the toggle labelled "Apartments and Commercial Buildings Display"?
