Inflation Auto Adjust set to on automatically

So I recently figure out why my performance of my company was not up to par, when I tore down the HQ and rebuilt it I forgot to enable automatically adjust prices based on inflation. I think this feature should be auto-on instead of auto off

This is implemented in version 2.4.00 already.
